Shipping Policy
Free UPS or USPS shipping applies to domestic orders with a subtotal of $99.00 or greater. Orders with a subtotal below $99.00 will be assessed a flat $5.00 shipping fee.
Orders will be processed and shipped out within 1 to 5 days of order confirmation and payment verification. Additional rates apply for expedited shipping.
Please note that orders with express shipping placed after 4 p.m. EST will not be shipped until the following day. We ship Monday through Friday, so express shipping items ordered after 4 p.m. EST on Thursday will ship on Friday and arrive Monday (next day) or Tuesday (2nd day).
Easy Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be pleased with your Sharif purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchase, you may return or exchange your unused merchandise within 90 days of purchase.
We will gladly accept returns or exchange on items that are purchased directly from our website. Items must be unused, have all original tags attached and accompanied by the original proof of purchase. Returns and Exchanges must be postmarked within 90 days of the date your item was delivered and should be sent prepaid.
You will be responsible for the return shipping charge.
Please ensure the item(s) sent back are through a traceable and/or insurable method as Sharif 1827 is not responsible for any returned packages not received.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for the processing of your exchange from the date we receive your package.

Item Availability
Out of Stock
In most cases, when an item is no longer available, it will no longer appear on our website or a message indicating the item is Out of Stock will appear on the product page.
In some cases, however, due to inventory fluctuation or heavy website traffic, items that appear to be available when you place your order may actually be out of stock. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible that your order cannot be fulfilled. That item will be canceled, and you will not be charged.
Short Shipment
A short shipment occurs when we ship fewer items than ordered, most often due to an item being out of stock. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible if we will be able to ship the remaining item/s later or if they will be canceled.
Pre-Sale Terms and Conditions
On limited occasions, we may offer items for Pre-Sale. Payment information is required at purchase from sharifdesign.com
Please understand items available for pre-sale may take 4 to 6 weeks to ship out to you so order accordingly.
You will be notified via email once your pre-sale purchase has been shipped.
If you place pre-sale items in the same order as currently available products on our site, all non pre-sale items will be shipped within 1-5 days of order confirmation and payment verification and the pre-sale items will ship separately at a later date.
Your entire transaction will be processed upon checkout.
